You will manage category planning, S&OP, forecasting, stock buys, and inventory control while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive cost efficiency across the category. The role supports global programs, collaborates with Category managers, Global Sourcing, Production, Customer Service, and Sales, and requires balancing service

Qualifications

• Experience in demand and supply planning and S&OP processes.
• Ability to analyze sales data, forecasts, and inventory metrics.
• Collaboration with multiple internal teams to optimize stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Demand Planning activities and S&OP for assigned business area.
• Utilize forecasting tools and SAP to align plans and stock levels.
• Review capacity impacts and coordinate with Global Production and Logistics.
• Manage inventory, safety stock, and obsolescence risks across stocked products.
• Support hot market planning and coordinate with finance, sales, and category teams.
