Job summary

Better Being in Ogden, UT is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead inventory planning and replenishment, ensuring optimal product availability and high fill rates across the supply chain.

You will manage a team of inventory planners, own planning parameters in the ERP/MRP system, and drive continuous process improvements. Collaboration with Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Finance is essential for inventory health and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Ops Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of advanced inventory planning, demand planning, or supply chain analytics experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing planning or supply chain teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data reconciliation across sources.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and/or Python preferred, with a willingness to develop these skills.
• Advanced experience with ERP systems and understanding of supply chain processes and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inventory planning function to ensure product availability and target service levels.
• Develop and execute inventory strategies balancing service, inventory, and working capital.
• Monitor inventory health across products, locations, and channels, addressing shortages and obsolescence.
• Own governance of planning parameters in the MRP system and maintain accuracy of data.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of inventory planners and establish SOPs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations, Finance) to support S&OP/IBP processes.
