Job summary

TaylorMade Golf is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Analytics & S&OP to drive data-driven decisions across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and lead a team delivering analytics that strengthen our North America operations.

This role collaborates with planning, demand management and logistics, builds dashboards in Oracle/BI tools, and helps improve S&OP maturity while supporting efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, demand/supply planning, or FP&A.
2-3+ years of people leadership experience.
APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification a plus.
Golf industry knowledge/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead S&OP analytics and process, aligning demand, supply, service, and inventory.
Develop dashboards and reports for exec reviews using ERP and BI tools.
Provide cross-functional insights; drive continuous improvement.
Mentor and lead a small analytics team.
Own data quality and validation across planning systems.
Support ACE 2030 initiative to reduce manual work.
