Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support S&OP through data analysis, supply planning, and reporting automation. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Production Planning to align demand, capacity, inventory, and production priorities.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in supply chain or related fields and solid analytical and communication skills. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) contributions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Marketing.
Strong analytical skills and ability to influence cross-functional decisions.
Customer service mindset with focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

Implement and track key performance metrics for customer experience initiatives.
Coordinate reporting with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation and Customer Service.
Assist in corrective action plans with Supply Chain to address service issues and failures.
Monitor and communicate key Supply Chain performance metrics and align with customer scorecards.
Build cross-functional relationships to influence strategy and operations.
