Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking an SOP Analyst to join our supply chain team in Michigan. You will own the monthly S&OP cycle, forecast demand, integrate supply planning, and drive consensus plans that align with business goals.

The role emphasizes inventory health, KPI reporting, and collaboration with OEMs and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal service levels. A Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain and 3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Organized and detail-focused with strong documentation and communications.
• Knowledge of ERP, MRP, and WMS; ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly S&OP cycle: forecast demand, integrate supply planning, and align with business goals.
• Analyze the supply/demand gap and propose action plans to close imbalances.
• Monitor inventory health across warehouses and ensure readiness for on-time delivery.
• Maintain optimal inventory by controlling demand forecasts and purchasing plans.
• Prepare and present S&OP reports and KPI dashboards to management.
