Job summary

Chamberlain Group, a global leader in intelligent access, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support S&OP through data analysis, supply planning, and reporting automation. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, influencing demand, capacity, inventory, and production priorities across Operations, Sales, and Customer Service.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 1–3 years in supply chain, and experience with SAP/BI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Marketing.
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, customer care, finance or marketing.
  • APICS / Lean / Six Sigma
  • SAP experience and BI reporting skills are valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of customer experience improvement initiatives.
  • Drive reporting and analytics with cross-functional teams in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation and Customer Service.
  • Assist in development of corrective action plans with Supply Chain to identified service issues.
  • Monitor and communicate key Supply Chain performance measurements and align to customer scorecards.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and promote compliance across teams.
  • Improve customer experience by fostering cross-functional collaboration and aligning strategy.
  • Collaborate with planning and operations to set best practices for forecasting, inventory, and service levels.
  • Analyze sales and sell-out data to identify unforecasted activities and trigger timely actions.
  • Prepare and review KPI plans across the supply chain.
  • Protect confidentiality of Chamberlain Group information.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and professional networking.

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process through data analysis, supply planning, reporting automation, and production scheduling coordination. This position is responsible for transforming complex business data into actionable insights that drive operational and strategic decisions across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with supply chain planning knowledge and the ability to influence cross-functional decision-making. This role partners closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Production Planning, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment between demand, capacity, inventory, and production priorities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Implement and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of customer experience improvement initiatives and demonstrate their value
  • Drive seamless reporting and analytics through the coordination with Chamberlain Group's functional contacts in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation and Customer Service
  • Assist in development of immediate and long-term corrective action plans in co-operation with Chamberlain Group’s Supply Chain to identified service issues and failure
  • Monitor and communicate key Supply Chain performance measurements as defined by ongoing development of customer specific targets and measures and reconcile to customer defined scorecards
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
  • Drive continued improvement in customer experience through building strong cross-functional relationships and leverage the relationships to influence the strategy and operations of each function
  • Work collaboratively with planning team and operations to establish best practices for reporting, analysis, and insights in forecasting, inventory levels, and service levels
  • Analyze actual sales to customers and sell-out data to actively identify exceptional or unforecasted activities; drive fast, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of deviations from the Demand Plan; communicate these actions to stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and action planning for key KPI’s across the supply chain
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Marketing
Experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, customer care, finance or marketing

The pay range for this position is $76,600.00 - $123,775.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
