Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5-7+ years of supply chain, sourcing, or logistics experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product development.
• Supplier relationship management experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ODM/CM engagement from RFP through supplier selection and manage all sourcing deliverables during POC, EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP ramp.
• Develop and execute ODM/CM sourcing strategy for new product introductions.
• Lead make-vs-buy analyses and ODM-vs-Nogales trade-off assessments for new products.
• Serve as the primary sourcing representative for NPD teams and align deliverables with product launch schedules.
• Negotiate project scopes, budgets, tooling, and IP ownership; manage supplier meetings and accountability.
