D1 Altoona is seeking motivated college students for an internship in sport performance. You will gain real-world coaching experience under experienced staff, including former Division I athletes and pro players, while completing required internship hours.

You'll learn fundamentals of strength and conditioning, growth in speed, agility, and movement coaching, and how to coach athletes across different levels in a professional training setting.

Competenze

• Pursuing college student in exercise science, kinesiology, physical education, or related fields.
• Willingness to learn and coach in a performance training environment.
• Able to commit internship hours and follow coaching guidance.

Mansioni

• Assist coaching under experienced staff.
• Learn fundamentals of strength & conditioning.
• Coach exercises and movement patterns with athletes of varying levels.
• Modify training for different abilities under supervision.
