Qualifications
Passion for strength and conditioning and desire to work with athletes and adults.
Ability to commit 20-40 hours per week during the internship.
Current CPR/AED certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Assist in writing and implementing training programs.
Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for athlete improvement.
Attend lectures, workshops, and meetings.
Learn proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
Engage in facility operations including equipment maintenance.
Participate in planning special events.
Communicate effectively with athletes and parents.
Maintain records of training sessions.
