Job summary

Answerthink, a division of The Hackett Group, seeks an SAP Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end S/4HANA implementations with focus on Life Sciences and/or CPG sectors. You will guide small to mid‑sized client engagements, focusing on value delivery through digital transformation programs.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of SAP experience, 4–5 full lifecycle projects, and strong communication with mid‑management and C‑level sponsors. Travel ≈25–40% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years SAP experience with at least 1 S/4HANA/FIORI implementation.
• 4–5+ full life‑cycle SAP implementations (1–2 for Public Cloud).
• Certification in SAP Public or Private Cloud is preferred.
• Experience leading small to mid‑sized project teams and managing offshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end S/4HANA implementations with a Life Sciences/CPG focus.
• Manage client engagements, deliverables, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at mid‑ to C‑level.
• Oversee scope, risks, and change control; ensure on‑time delivery.
