Job summary

Infosys Life Sciences unit seeks a Package Project Lead 3 to steer SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversions and large ERP transformations. You will coordinate global teams across onsite, offshore, client, and partner organizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will manage governance, financials, risks, and stakeholder communications, while driving efficiency and change across complex programs in life sciences.

Qualifications

• SAP delivery and program management experience.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion programs.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA conversion concepts including Readiness Check, Simplification Items, CVI, Custom Code Remediation, Fiori, and Security transformation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making for cohesive project execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define project scope and foster consensus for outcomes.
• Evaluate and refine PM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies.
• Monitor project margins and align with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates.
• Engage in resource allocation and set performance objectives.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and training roadmaps.
