Job summary
Infosys Consulting is seeking a Life Sciences Associate Partner in Digital Platform to lead SAP enabled transformations for Life Sciences clients across Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Animal Health, Contract Manufacturing and Biopharma.
The ideal candidate will bring 18-20 years of delivery and a proven track record in SAP S/4HANA, multi-country rollouts, and a strong advisory, sales and delivery mindset.
Qualifications
- 18-20+ years of delivery across SAP programs including ECC and S/4HANA
- Proven Life Sciences industry experience
- Big 4 consulting experience
- Program Director or Program Manager on 2 to 3 large SAP S/4 Greenfield transformations (multi-country, end-to-end)
- Led SAP pursuits with multiple PU's: solutioning, estimation, client orals
- Defined migration strategies (Greenfield/Brownfield/Hybrid) and target operating model/global template
- Sales & Practice Development
- Lead proposals and deal closure
- People Performance Management
- Some practice/accelerator/AI/POV contribution
- Ability to travel as/when required.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA transformations for Life Sciences clients across multiple countries.
- Drive sales growth, proposals, and deal closure for SAP programs.
- Provide strategic advisory, practice leadership, and delivery excellence.
- Develop and contribute accelerator/ POV content and guide teams.
