Job summary

RTX is seeking a lead for the Corporate Enterprise Hub within the oneRTX PST program. This remote U.S. role focuses on SAP S/4HANA implementation, data migration, and ongoing support across finance and corporate services.

The ideal candidate has extensive ERP/SAP experience, strong process improvement skills, and will travel up to 50% during rollout. Join RTX to help harmonize ERP processes with a global team.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital technology systems implementation with a focus on SAP ERP solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and process improvements.
• Experience with Record to Report finance processes including Master Data, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Intercompany.
• Experience leading or supporting SAP integrations such as Tax engine and Workday.
• Experience with corporate and enterprise service functions supporting finance and accounting from a tech perspective.

Responsibilities

• Support successful delivery within each PST phase related to the Corporate Enterprise Hub implementation.
• Cutover & Hypercare: map data and migrate from legacy systems to the EHUB environment.
• Ongoing support as the project moves to sustainment with the SAP team.
• Manage metrics and priorities for ongoing change requests.
• Collaborate with RTX teams to drive alignment across programs.
• Travel 25–50% during the project rollout.
