Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks an experienced S/4HANA Transformation OCM IT Lead to partner with the Transformation Program team across the Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA region on a Hybrid work schedule. You will drive change readiness, training, and user adoption outcomes through disciplined program management and KPI-driven reporting.

You will own and continuously improve the OCM methodology, update enabling tools, and collaborate with SI and Business Change Network to deliver Readiness,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT OCM analysis on a large transformation program.
• Solid understanding of organizational change management methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication with KPI reporting ability.
• Strong analytical skills with data-to-insights capability.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly within a structured program.
• Collaborates well across IT, business, and third-party partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the S/4HANA Transformation Program to deploy S/4HANA across the region, ensuring OCM deliverables are planned and executed.
• Own and continuously improve the OCM methodology to support the change strategy.
• Serve as service owner to update OCM tools (JIRA, Signavio, WalkMe, Oracle HCM Learning Center, SAP Learning Hub).
• Develop, publish KPIs and weekly reporting metrics showing progress across OCM deliverables.
• Manage and report risks and issues; drive mitigations to closure with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SI and Business Change Network to deliver Readiness, Training, and User Adoption outcomes.
• Upskill Honeywell IT employees by building SAP Learning Hub curricula.
• Create reporting to track SAP competency progress using Oracle HCM Skills Assessment.
• Build SAP training curricula on Oracle HCM Learning aligned to S/4HANA personas.
