Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an S/4 Director of Transformation to lead end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain transformation across the Process Automation Strategic Business Group. Own deployment, adoption, and value realization of SAP S/4 across all supply chain functions.

The role partners with global teams to align enterprise standards with business needs, drive fit-to-standard adoption, change readiness, data and training, and measure program outcomes. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or ISC leadership roles.
• Demonstrated SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred) in large-scale ERP transformations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end ISC processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience driving business process improvement.
• Experience in matrixed, global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ISC transformation and program governance for the SBG, driving value and performance.
• Act as the primary ISC leader for S/4 deployment, readiness, and adoption.
• Partner with Corporate S/4, GDM, and value stream leaders to align global design with business needs.
• Drive fit-to-standard adoption and ISC process standardization; close gaps.
• Establish and manage program governance, cadence, and executive reporting.
• Lead deployment readiness and change adoption including process, data, organization, and training.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and proactive risk management across cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
