Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an experienced S/4HANA Transformation OCM IT Lead to partner with the S/4HANA Transformation Program team to drive effective change adoption across the assigned region. You will lead Organizational Change Management initiatives and ensure the learning platforms align with the methodology.

You will report to the Senior Director of IT and work on a Hybrid schedule from Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA. For the first 90 days, New Hires must be onsite.

As a S/4HANA Transformation OCM IT Lead here at Honeywell, you will partner with the S/4HANA Transformation Program team to drive effective change adoption across the assigned region. You will be accountable for executing and continuously improving the Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology and ensuring the enabling toolset and learning platforms align with that methodology.

You will report directly to our Senior Director of IT and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite
