Job summary

The University of South Carolina’s College of Pharmacy announces the opening of the Program Coordinator for the RxEACH network in South Carolina. You will support day-to-day network implementation with the Principal Investigator and project team, coordinating onboarding, training, and performance reporting for partner pharmacies and external collaborators.

You will help establish and support the network, track timelines, maintain documentation, and travel within the state for site-based support.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in public health, health sciences, pharmacy, social work, business administration, or related field.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, project implementation, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing support for participating community pharmacies and external partners and maintain databases/tracking for timelines and onboarding records.
• Schedule and logistics for continuing education training, academic detailing, visits, and partner meetings; travel across the state.
• Develop and maintain standardized implementation, service-delivery, training and tracking systems; collect and report performance measures.
• Assist with program monitoring, evaluation, and reporting; prepare summaries and progress updates for leadership and grant reporting.
• Manage program budget administration, including invoices, travel reimbursements, and financial summaries.
