Job summary

SiteLabs seeks a licensed pharmacist to lead a large-scale rural health program in South Carolina. You’ll oversee activation of independent pharmacy partners, implement screening protocols, and manage clinical escalation with academic partners.

This role blends on-site field work with remote coordination, travel several days weekly. You will report to the Director of Clinical Operations and guide a team focused on engagement, care navigation, and technical support, building partnerships to

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with SC license.
• Community or independent pharmacy ops experience.
• Hands-on POCT and biometric screening workflows.
• Ability to travel several days per week.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead program across launch, activation, screening delivery and reporting.
• Ensure grant deliverables, timelines and performance targets are met.
• Represent SiteLabs in governance meetings with partners.
• Refine screening protocols and escalation processes with clinical staff.
• Deliver on-site training and verify staff competency during screenings.
• Develop partnerships with community and statewide stakeholders.
