Job summary

TelyRx is seeking a Shipping Specialist in Clearwater, FL to run the full line. You will ship outbound Rx and OTC orders, verify accuracy, and ensure compliance with HIPAA while protecting patient privacy.

The role is fast-paced, physical, and detail-driven in a regulated pharmacy environment, requiring reliable judgment to keep the line moving. The position involves labeling, packing, and staging shipments, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining stock and safety on the shipping floor.

Qualifications

• Reliability, urgency, and real care for getting the details right.
• Comfort working to an SOP while using judgment to keep the line moving.
• Ability to lift ~50 lbs, stand and move for full shifts.
• Ability to work every other weekend (minimum 2 weeks a month).
• Ability to drop off shipments to USPS, FedEx, or UPS locations and serve as backup to Shipping Leads.

Responsibilities

• Pack, ship, and label orders to SOP and carrier rules.
• Verify every outbound order against packing slip, medication, quantity, and address.
• Receive and check in inbound products and resolve discrepancies.
• Build cold-chain pack-outs to validated configuration for temperature-sensitive items.
• Operate RF scanners, label printers, pallet jacks, and hand tools safely and compliantly.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and ensure smooth hand-offs to hubs as needed.
• Address corrections and reroutes to keep orders moving on the floor.
• Run inventory cycle counts and maintain stocked packaging supplies.
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready area and protect patient privacy and HIPAA.
