Job summary

TelyRx is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician in Clearwater, FL. You will work under a licensed pharmacist to accurately prepare and fill prescriptions in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities include entering prescription data, processing refills, counting and labeling medications, and maintaining inventory with a focus on safety and compliance. A Florida license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida pharmacy technician license required.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday with weekend shifts as needed.
• Stand for 8-hour shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify prescription information accurately.
• Process refill requests and cancellations.
• Prepare, count, measure, and label medications under supervision.
• Maintain high accuracy while working through queues.
• Perform quality checks on filled orders before pharmacist verification.
• Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating stock.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy and order records.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to keep work moving smoothly.
• Follow HIPAA and all state and federal pharmacy laws.
