TelyRx, Inc. is hiring a Shipping Specialist in Florida. You will be the final step in our order process, ensuring accuracy and fast turnaround while maintaining HIPAA privacy and compliance.

You will work in a fast-paced, physical environment and support the shipping line through packing, labeling, and crossing checks on every outbound order. You will handle cold-chain pack-outs, use ShipStation or equivalent software, and coordinate with multiple carriers.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift ~50 lbs and stand/move for full shifts.
• Reliability, urgency, and care for getting details right.
• Comfort working to SOP while using judgment to keep line moving.
• Willingness to work every other weekend (minimum 2 weeks a month).

Responsabilités

• Pack, ship, and label Rx, OTC, and prescription orders per SOP and carrier rules.
• Verify outbound orders for accuracy before shipping.
• Receive and check inbound products and QC receipts.
• Build cold-chain pack-outs to maintain temperature integrity.
• Operate RF scanners, label printers, pallet jacks, and related tools.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and backups for hubs as needed.
• Handle floor exceptions and monitor queues to keep orders moving.
• Run inventory cycle counts and maintain stocked packaging supplies.
