Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub in Florida seeks a Shipping Clerk to organize and process shipments for efficient pharmacy logistics. This onsite role requires careful attention to detail, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in shipping/logistics or warehouse roles.
• Available for 10-hour shifts across a 6:00 AM–7:00 PM window, Mon–Sun.
• Basic computer skills to process orders and track shipments.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and handling medications.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process shipment orders per policies and standards.
• Accurately pick, pack, and label packages for shipment.
• Ensure medications are packaged correctly considering temperature and stability.
• Use appropriate shipping supplies and maintain an organized shipping area.
• Collaborate with staff and other departments to meet logistics goals.
