TelyRx, Inc. in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to dispense medications accurately, review orders for safety, and counsel patients on proper use and possible side effects.
You will also help supervise pharmacy technicians and optimize daily workflows to maintain fast, reliable service. Ideal candidates hold a PharmD or B.Pharm with active Florida licensure and at least 2 years of pharmacy experience.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
- Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in the state where you will be working.
- 2+ years of pharmacist or pharmacy-related work experience.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy law, drug interactions, and medication safety.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supervising pharmacy technicians.
Responsabilités
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely.
- Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and interactions.
- Counsel patients on proper medication use and adherence.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws.
- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and supervision of technicians.
- Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards.
- Stay current on therapies and best practices.
