Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Security Officer in Dallas to uphold a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. You will monitor operations, detect hazards, respond to incidents, and support security and safety procedures that protect people and property, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

You will collaborate with hotel departments, maintain surveillance, and follow established security standards while prioritizing guest comfort and safety throughout all property

THE TEAM

The Security team plays a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, associates, and visitors. Reporting to the Director of Security, the Security Officer works closely with departments across the hotel to protect people, property, and assets while supporting compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

YOUR ROLE

As a Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the hotel. You will monitor daily operations, identify potential risks, respond to incidents, and support security and safety procedures that protect our guests, associates, visitors, and property. Through professionalism, vigilance, and strong communication, you will contribute to delivering a secure and exceptional guest experience.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Screen employees, guests, and visitors entering the property through the employee entrance.
• Identify, report, and help address safety hazards and security breaches throughout the hotel.
• Monitor electronic surveillance systems and observe activity across all property areas.
• Patrol the property and maintain awareness of operational and security conditions.
• Investigate and document incidents, occurrences, and security-related concerns.
• Enforce key control procedures and ensure compliance with established security standards.
