Working closely with culinary, beverage, and leadership teams, you help create memorable dining experiences while fostering meaningful relationships within our residential community.

Success in this role comes not only from delivering exceptional service yourself, but from elevating the performance of the entire team, anticipating resident needs, and ensuring every dining experience consistently exceeds expectations.

  • Deliver personalized, anticipatory dining service while recognizing resident preferences and creating meaningful relationships.
  • Guide residents and guests through food, wine, cocktail, and beverage selections with confidence and expertise.
  • Coordinate the flow of service between culinary, bar, and dining room teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support daily pre-shift preparation, station readiness, and dining room presentation to maintain exceptional operational standards.
  • Mentor, coach, and assist fellow service associates, providing guidance and support throughout service.
  • Monitor service quality, table pacing, guest satisfaction, and overall dining room operations while proactively resolving opportunities for service recovery.
  • Assist leadership with training new associates and reinforcing Rosewood service standards through daily example.
  • Ensure accurate operation of the POS system and maintain attention to billing accuracy and service details.
  • Position requires prolonged standing and walking for extended periods, carrying trays and service equipment, lifting and transporting dining materials, and maintaining an active leadership presence throughout the dining room.
COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You demonstrate exceptional organizational skills while remaining calm and composed in fast-paced service environments.
  • You possess outstanding communication skills and confidently build genuine relationships with discerning residents and guests.
  • You have a passion for developing others while continually refining your own knowledge of hospitality, food, wine, and beverage.
  • Leadership experience, formal service training, wine certifications, or luxury hospitality experience are highly valued.
