Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering upscale beverage service in a hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and responsible serving.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and use POS systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus.

THE TEAM

As part of the Food & Beverage division, you will join a dynamic Bar team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will work closely with colleagues across food and beverage outlets to ensure seamless service and consistent quality standards.

YOUR ROLE

As a Cocktail Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering professional beverage and food service in accordance with hotel standards. You will build meaningful guest connections, anticipate preferences, and ensure every interaction reflects the highest levels of service, quality, and hospitality.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with hotel service standards.
• Serve menu items accurately and professionally while maintaining exceptional guest service.
• Build strong guest relationships by recognizing preferences and providing personalized service.
• Ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly while maintaining quality standards.
• Complete all opening and closing duties accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and follow procedures for handling intoxicated guests.
• Process guest checks correctly and maintain accurate transactions through the POS system.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, service standards, and safety requirements.

• You have experience delivering exceptional food and beverage service in an upscale hospitality environment.
• You possess strong knowledge of beverage service, including alcoholic beverages and responsible serving practices.
• You demonstrate excellent guest service skills and enjoy creating positive, memorable experiences.
• You are confident handling cash transactions and using point-of-sale systems.
• You communicate professionally and work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• You maintain a polished and professional presentation and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You are able to read, write, and speak English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
• You can perform the physical requirements of the role, including extended periods of standing and walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
