THE TEAM

The global Rosewood Residences team focuses on delivering distinctive, service-led branded residential experiences that enrich everyday living and foster meaningful connections between people and place. The team supports residential developments across pre-opening, stabilization, and ongoing operations, contributing to culture activation, operational excellence, and long-term community success. This role collaborates closely with on-site residential leaders, culinary teams, and Food & Beverage professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect Rosewood’s commitment to refined, personalized service.

YOUR ROLE

As a Server at Rosewood Residences Lido Key, you play a key role in creating memorable dining moments for residents and guests through intuitive, personalized service. You bring Rosewood’s philosophy of gracious, anticipatory hospitality to life with every interaction, ensuring each experience feels seamless, refined, and genuinely welcoming.

Working closely with captains, culinary teams, and fellow service professionals, you contribute to the success of the Food & Beverage operation while fostering meaningful connections and upholding the highest standards of luxury residential hospitality.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver personalized, anticipatory dining service that reflects Rosewood brand standards and luxury hospitality expectations
• Guide residents and guests through menus, offering knowledgeable recommendations on food, wine, cocktails, and pairings
• Ensure seamless service execution by following proper sequence of service and maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Maintain dining room readiness through table setup, station organization, and consistently polished presentation standards
• Collaborate closely with culinary, bar, and service teams to create a smooth, elevated dining experience
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking for extended periods, carrying trays, lifting and transporting service items, and maintaining an active presence on the floor
