Qualifications

• Bartending experience in hotel/banquet/restaurant or event environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation including cocktails, beer, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic options.
• Possess or be able to obtain the required alcohol service certification and follow responsible beverage service practices.
• Clear and confident communication with guests and colleagues in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

THE TEAM

Join our Private Dining and Banquets team, where we create exceptional experiences for weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, and special functions. Reporting to the Banquets Manager and working closely with the Banquet Captain, you will collaborate with banquet servers, captains, and hotel leadership to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences.

YOUR ROLE

As a Banquets Bartender, you will play an important role in creating memorable event experiences through exceptional beverage service and genuine hospitality. You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation, and ensure responsible alcohol service while contributing to the smooth execution of every event.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have bartending experience in a hotel, banquet, restaurant, or event environment and enjoy delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• You possess strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including cocktails, beer, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic offerings.
• You hold, or are able to obtain, the required alcohol service certification and understand responsible beverage service practices.
• You communicate confidently with guests and colleagues and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling beverage inventories, cash transactions, and reporting responsibilities.
• You are flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and both indoor and outdoor events.
