Job summary

Real Chemistry, a global healthcare agency, seeks a Senior Manager for Evidence & Insights to shape real-world evidence and HEOR strategies across client programs. You will co-lead engagements, design evidence plans, oversee literature reviews, and translate findings into actionable insights for biopharma and stakeholders.

Based in the US, this hybrid role offers remote options and offices in major cities. You’ll manage teams, budgets, and timelines while staying current on HTA and payer

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in HEOR, RWE, SLR, epidemiology, outcomes research, or closely related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred (MPH, PhD, PharmD, MD, MS, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated expertise in HEOR/RWE study design and translating evidence into access strategy.
• Strong project/program leadership experience across multi-workstream engagements.
• Excellent writing, editing, and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical fluency with complex datasets; hands-on analytics valued.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead RWE and HEOR strategy across client programs, including study design and interpretation.
• Design and support evidence generation plans (RWE studies, economic models).
• Develop and oversee systematic literature reviews and data extraction.
• Translate complex data into clear, defensible client insights (clinical/economic).
• Co-lead with Director and VP to guide strategic direction and client expectations.
• Direct staff planning, timelines, communications, and budgets for projects.
• Stay current on HTA, payer evidence, and regulatory guidance.
• Co-lead scoping and resourcing; manage risks and changes.
• Partner cross-functionally to connect evidence strategy to client growth.
