Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Manager for the Evidence & Insights team to lead strategic RWE/HEOR engagements across biopharma clients. This role co-leads client work, shapes evidence strategies, oversees analytics and deliverables, and ensures scientific rigor and timely delivery.

Based in the US with hybrid options in major offices or remote, you’ll manage staff and budgets, partner with cross-functional teams, stay ahead of HTA and payer trends, and translate complex data into actionable

Formación

• 3-5+ years in HEOR, RWE, SLR, epidemiology, outcomes research or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in HEOR/RWE study design and translating evidence into strategy.
• Strong project leadership across multi-workstream engagements with quality.
• Excellent writing and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical fluency with complex datasets; hands-on analytics not required.
• Client-service orientation with high attention to detail in fast-paced env.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Co-lead RWE and HEOR strategy across client programs and studies.
• Design and support evidence generation plans aligned to product needs.
• Oversee systematic literature reviews and data extraction processes.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, defensible client insights.
• Co-lead engagements with Directors and VPs; manage client relationships.
• Direct staffing, timelines, communications, and budgets for projects.
• Stay current on HTA, payer expectations, and regulatory trends.
• Partner cross-functionally to align evidence strategy with client goals.
