Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Manager, Evidence & Insights to lead strategic real‑world evidence and HEOR initiatives across client programs. You will co-lead engagements, shape evidence strategy, oversee analytic deliverables, and advise biopharma stakeholders.

This hybrid role supports teams across US offices including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Indianapolis, or San Francisco, or remote within the US, with emphasis on rigorous methodology, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in HEOR, RWE, SLR, epidemiology or related fields (consulting/biopharma preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred (MPH, PhD, PharmD, MD, MS, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated expertise in HEOR/RWE study design and execution and ability to translate evidence into access-relevant strategy.
• Strong project/program leadership experience in multi-workstream engagements with quality control.
• Excellent writing, editing, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead RWE/HEOR strategy across client programs.
• Design evidence generation plans aligned to product lifecycle needs.
• Oversee systematic literature reviews with study protocols and data extraction.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, defensible client insights (clinical/economic).
• Co-lead with Director/VP to build client relationships and ensure timelines and quality.
• Directly manage staff planning, timelines, communications, and budgets.
• Stay current on HTA, value frameworks, payer evidence expectations, and regulatory guidance.
• Co-lead scoping for engagements: define scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, and risks.
• Partner cross-functionally to connect evidence strategy to client objectives and growth.
