Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Optum Insight seeks a RVP & General Manager for the Pacific Northwest. This senior leader will own provider market strategy, grow profitability, and lead cross-functional teams across sales, operations, consulting, product and technology to deliver superior health outcomes.

Based in remote Pacific Northwest, you will engage C-Suite clients, set strategic plans, manage budgets, and drive growth while upholding the company's values.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in health care or financial industries.
• 5+ years in managed services, client management or advisory services.
• Experience engaging with C-Suite and Board executives (external).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams and drive growth.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider market client territory to achieve above-market growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic and commercial plans across the territory.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, consulting, product and technology teams to deliver customer value.
• Influence VP & C-Suite level stakeholders as a trusted partner.
• Incorporate AI tools into strategic thinking, decision-making and execution.
