You will establish executive partnerships, guide AI-enabled initiatives, and build a high-performing team to deliver scalable solutions that enhance member value. Remote work is available across the U.S. with in-office requirements for certain locations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with extensive executive leadership.
• 12+ years leading strategic planning, business development, product management, or corporate innovation in healthcare/fintech.
• 8+ years directing cross-functional teams and driving growth at an executive level.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operational, commercial results.
