Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our growing team. The role focuses on maintaining strong customer relations, handling calls, and assisting service advisors with scheduling and write-ups for RV work orders.

The position requires strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to obtain authorization for repairs. RV experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year RV experience preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Working knowledge of equipment safety.
• Excellent organizational and sequencing skills.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow management directions.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain excellent relations between customers and store.
• Answer incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Assist Service Advisor in scheduling service appointments.
• Greet customers courteously.
• Assist with write up of customer work orders.
• Obtain warranty or customer authorization prior to servicing units.
• Follow up on warranty receivables and schedule for parts.
• Fill in as service dispatcher as needed.
• Participate in training as prescribed by management.
• Assist Technicians with diagnosis, authorization or repairs.
• Follow up on open work orders per dealership policy.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
