Job summary

Fun Town RV, Texas’s largest RV dealer, is hiring a Warranty Administrator in Waller for a full‑time clerical role. You will manage warranty claims, coordinate with service staff, customers, and manufacturers, and ensure proper documentation and timely reimbursements.

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with service management software, and knowledge of warranty processes. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as Warranty Administrator in RV/auto preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warranty processes and guidelines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Proficient in service management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers for RV repairs.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted with claims to meet manufacturer requirements.
• Follow up on pending and denied claims for reimbursement.
• Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Train and educate service staff on proper warranty procedures.
• Monitor warranty claim activity and ensure repairs align with warranty terms.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the dealership, customers, and manufacturers for warranty inquiries.
• Track all warranty claims from submission to reimbursement.
• Generate reports on warranty claim performance and reimbursements.
• Advise management on potential issues related to warranty coverage.
