Job summary

Fun Town RV is seeking a Warranty Administrator to handle warranty claim processing and related tasks at our Oklahoma location. The role focuses on accurate submissions, documentation, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.

The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication with customers and manufacturers, and proficiency with service management software to track claims and reimbursements. Experience in RV/warranty processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Warranty Administrator or similar role in RV/auto or related industry.
• Solid understanding of warranty processes and submission procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with customers and manufacturers.
• Proficient in using service management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of RV systems and repair terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers for RV repairs covered under warranty.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is included with claims to meet manufacturer requirements.
• Follow up on pending and denied claims to ensure reimbursement.
• Stay updated on warranty policies and guidelines; train staff accordingly.
• Monitor warranty claim activity and ensure repairs align with terms.
• Act as primary contact between dealership, customers, and manufacturers for warranty inquiries.
• Track warranty claims from submission to reimbursement and reconcile credits/debits.
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims and generate performance reports.
