Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers for RV repairs covered under warranty.
• Ensure all documentation (work orders, technician notes, photos) is submitted with claims.
• Follow up on pending and denied claims; provide information to secure reimbursements.
• Stay updated on warranty policies and ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Educate service staff on proper warranty procedures and guidelines.
• Track warranty claims from submission to reimbursement; reconcile credits/debits with accounting.
• Generate reports on claim performance and trends for process improvement.
