Job summary

Lippert in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Technical Instructor to deliver professional training on Lippert RV products. You will build and maintain training aids and develop relationships with dealers, OEMs, and Lippert teams.

The role requires reading electrical and hydraulic schematics, hands-on lab sessions, and travel up to 25% to visit dealerships nationwide. You will collaborate in a team, stay current with new course material, and maintain a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years technical experience in RV, Marine, or Automotive industry.
• Experience with tools such as tape measure, multimeter, saws, screw guns, etc.

Responsibilities

• Read electrical and hydraulic schematics and translate into instructions.
• Provide hands-on training sessions in a lab environment.
• Develop, build, and maintain training aids for hands-on instruction.
• Conduct dealer visits across the country to support Lippert customers.
• Fill out detailed reports regarding dealer visits.
• Continuously enhance instructional delivery and technical proficiency.
• Stay current with new course material and technical documentation/videos.
• Work in a team environment with OEM partners and dealer network.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
