The role emphasizes technical instruction, collaboration with OEMs, and ongoing development of course materials, with travel up to 25% and a focus on delivering high-quality training experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years technical experience in the RV, Marine, or Automotive industry.
• Ability to utilize tools such as tape measure, multimeter, saws, screw guns at a basic level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training in a lab environment with real-world scenarios.
• Develop, build, and maintain training aids for Lippert products.
• Conduct dealer visits nationwide to support Lippert customers and partners.
