Qualifications

• Strong copywriting with tone across platforms.
• Fluency in Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn.
• Critical thinking and sound judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations independently.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own customer interactions across platforms.
• Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand way.
• Engage with followers and surface conversations.
• Write in Camping World brand voice per platform.
• Escalate and follow through until resolved.
• Monitor brand mentions and surface opportunities.
