Camping World is seeking a Social Media Specialist to passionately represent the brand across all major platforms. You will own customer interactions, respond with empathy, and engage with the RV lifestyle community.

The role requires authentic voice, quick adaptation to platform norms, and proactive relationship building with followers. Join a dynamic Community Experience team and manage conversations start-to-finish, including evenings or weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting with clarity, personality, and tonal awareness across platforms.
• Genuine passion for social media and platform culture.
• Fluent on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage conversations across multiple platforms without scripts.

Responsibilities

• Own each customer interaction, ensuring every person feels heard and valued.
• Respond to comments, questions, and direct messages across all brand platforms.
• Proactively engage with followers to strengthen brand relationships.
• Write in Camping World voice, adapting to each platform.
• Resolve issues with empathy and escalate when needed.
• Monitor brand mentions to surface engagement opportunities.
