Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support sales across departments. You will communicate with customers and team members, mentor colleagues, and promote warranty and Good Sam memberships.

The role emphasizes building product knowledge, selling to customers, maintaining store appearance, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Superior customer service and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• May hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Leading department and assisting/mentoring colleagues.
• Promotes company programs including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships.
• Establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers.
• Maintain the appearance of store including stocking and housekeeping duties.
• Cross train to perform other duties.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
