Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multi-department dealership management experience (RV/auto/marine preferred).
• RV industry experience highly preferred.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 10–25 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations across Sales, Service, Finance, Administration, and Customer Care.
• Set performance goals and monitor profitability, expenses, and net revenue.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing staff; conduct regular reviews.
