SKI'S TRUCK & RV SALES in Indiana seeks an experienced RV Shop Manager to lead the dealership’s Sales, Service, Finance, Administration, and Customer Experience at the highest level. You will drive performance, employee development, customer satisfaction, and profitability while upholding our mission and brand.

You will recruit and coach staff, monitor financials, and partner with departments to improve operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multi-department dealership management experience, preferably GSM or GM level.
• RV industry experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift 10–25 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations across Sales, Finance, Service, Warranty, and Customer Care.
• Set performance goals and monitor profitability, expenses, and net revenue.
• Collaborate with managers to optimize staffing, scheduling, and workflow.
