Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and body components on-site. The role requires hands-on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance skills with strong attention to safety and quality.

Camping World will pay to certify individuals not already certified. This is a full-time, on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Certification from college/technical school in a trade field is helpful.
• Minimum 1-year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
