Job summary

Camping World seeks a Service Technician (Training) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and body components. The role emphasizes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance skills with a path to certification where needed.

A candidate with some technical training, 1+ year of service experience, and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment will fit well. The company offers training and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Trade certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or maintenance is helpful.
• At least 1 year of service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Lifts up to 25 lbs and may move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Comfort with standing, bending and working around hazards.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
