The position involves hands-on diagnostic work, parts tracking, and communicating progress to supervisory staff while ensuring quality and safety in a busy service environment.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts used in repairs and replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards after inspection.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area for customers and coworkers.
