Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators, and coach components. The role emphasizes mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance work, with certification support offered by the employer.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of service tech experience and owns basic hand tools. Training and safety are prioritized in a dynamic shop environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Trade school or college certification in a relevant field is helpful.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs.
• Keep supervisor informed of progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
