Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and coach body issues. The role focuses on mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical tasks and maintenance with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualified candidates should have trade-school certification or relevant experience, be prepared to furnish their own tools, and pass RV-related evaluations. Compensation is hourly with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but work experience is also considered.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
