Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose, repair and maintain RV systems, generators and coach bodies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance tasks, with a strong eye for detail and safety.

Qualifications

• Requires college or technical school certification in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance).
• Experience as a service technician preferred (1+ years).
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
